For your convenience in declaration, please familiarize yourself with the following requirements before the first application of the product:
1. Please first select the production address of the declared product. If there is no production address for the declared product in the production address library, the applicant wants to select "Add Production Address" and then complete the production address information as required.
2. When the declared product is self-produced, the business scope of the applicant's legal representative business license should include the declared product; When applying for an OEM production mode for a product, the OEM production plant should be a legal entity, and its business license must include the declared product.
3. When the production address is a lease, the applicant should pay attention to the validity period of the lease contract. If the declaration time is less than five years from the termination date of the lease contract, the validity period of the safety sign will be affected by the validity period of the lease contract.
4. For production in OEM mode, the applicant should pay attention to the validity period of the OEM commission agreement. If the declaration time is less than five years from the termination date of the OEM contract, the validity period of the safety sign will be affected by the validity period of the contract.
